Branding, Menu System & Digital Experience

PacKitchen is a premium catering concept operating within Provo Air Center, a world-class FBO located in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos Islands. Purpose-built to serve discerning private jet travelers from across the globe, PacKitchen delivers a curated culinary experience that matches the expectations of a sophisticated, high-net-worth international clientele.

We were engaged to build the brand from the ground up, developing a distinctive visual identity, a complete brand system, premium printed materials, a bespoke menu, a digital platform, targeted advertising, and collateral materials and giveaways for the international trade shows in which the brand actively participates.

Refining the Art of the In-Flight Culinary Experience

The Challenge

Entering a world where every detail signals quality, PacKitchen needed a brand presence as refined as the environment it inhabits. The visual language had to feel like a natural extension of a private jet cabin: quiet, precise, and effortlessly elevated.

Beyond aesthetics, the system had to perform. With a diverse and internationally inspired menu, the challenge was to present a broad offering with absolute clarity, enabling fast, intuitive decision-making within a time-sensitive, service-driven context. Every touchpoint, physical and digital, had to speak the same language with flawless consistency.

A particular challenge was communicating the open-ended nature of the service. The menu needed to feel complete and curated, while making clear that it was never a boundary. For clients with specific desires or dietary requirements, PacKitchen's team of international chefs stands ready to go beyond the page and exceed any expectation.

Challenge Highlights

Aligning with the expectations of a global, high-net-worth audience

Presenting a diverse, curated menu with clarity and visual structure

Communicating service flexibility without undermining the sense of curation

Maintaining seamless consistency across print, packaging, and digital platforms

Supporting fast, confident decision-making within an in-flight service context

The Solution

We developed an integrated branding and communication system that translates refinement into usability, where beauty and function are inseparable.

The visual identity was built on a clean, contemporary foundation: precise typography, a restrained color palette, and a design logic that scales gracefully from a business card to a full-page spread.

Every element was calibrated to project quiet luxury without sacrificing operational clarity.

At the heart of the project was the design of a bespoke menu system, conceived as both a functional tool and a tactile brand statement. Careful attention was given to layout hierarchy, typographic rhythm, and material selection to ensure optimal legibility and ease of navigation, even within the unique conditions of an in-flight environment.

The menu was designed not as a limit, but as an invitation. A starting point from which PacKitchen's international culinary team can craft, adapt, and elevate any request beyond what is listed on the page.

This physical experience was extended seamlessly into a digital platform designed to showcase the full menu with rich descriptions and visual support, guide users through categories in a structured and intuitive way, and streamline the ordering process directly through the website, including the ability to make special requests with ease.

Beyond the core brand system, we also developed a suite of collateral materials and branded giveaways crafted for the international trade shows where PacKitchen connects with industry leaders, FBO operators, and high-end travelers across the globe.

Each piece was designed to carry the same level of refinement as the brand itself, ensuring a consistent and memorable impression in every context.

By aligning design, content, and technology, we created a cohesive brand ecosystem that enhances the customer experience while supporting operational efficiency at every level.

The Result

PacKitchen launched as an instant landmark within Provo Air Center, setting a new benchmark for premium FBO catering in the Caribbean. The integration of a refined visual system with a seamless digital experience elevated the brand's perception while improving usability and service flow.

More than a catering offer, PacKitchen is now a destination in itself, a brand that high-net-worth travelers recognize, remember, and return to. By connecting strategic design with real-world application, we delivered a solution that performs as beautifully as it looks.
