Is Your Website Accessible to Customers with Disabilities?

Your website is accessible to customers with disabilities only if they can see, navigate, and use it without barriers. The SRP Website Accessibility Audit is a free online scan that checks your home page for common accessibility barriers, including image alt text, color contrast, heading structure, and ARIA labels. Within 10 minutes, you receive a PDF report with a score out of 100 and a prioritized list of fixes.

Is your website legally vulnerable and difficult to use?

Yes, your website is likely legally vulnerable and difficult to use if it has never been tested for WCAG compliance. In 2026, 95.9% of home pages had detected WCAG 2 failures, according to WebAIM (The WebAIM Million, 2026). Low-contrast text alone appeared on 83.9% of home pages. Every barrier can stop a customer with a disability from reading your content, ordering, or contacting you.

Audit Methodology

Sebastian Pincetti, Partner at SRP Communication & Brand Design, built this scanner with the SRP Development Team. We analyzed 212 accessibility scans run between May and September 2026.

Our data shows that low color contrast was the most common issue we found. That issue affected 67% of the sites we scanned (212 scans, May to September 2026).

What Will My Free Website Accessibility Report Show Me?

Your free Website Accessibility Report shows which automated WCAG checks your home page passed or failed.

  • Images & Alternative Text: whether your images contain appropriate alt attributes.
  • Color Contrast: whether text and background combinations meet readability requirements.
  • Heading Structure: whether your page uses a logical and sequential heading hierarchy.
  • Links & Buttons: whether interactive elements have discernible accessible names.
  • Forms & Field Labels: whether users can understand what information is required in your inputs.
  • ARIA & Semantic HTML: whether your code uses valid accessible roles and landmark structures.

How Does the Website Accessibility Audit Work?

The Website Accessibility Audit works in four steps and delivers your report within 10 minutes.

  1. Step 1: Enter your details: add your name, website, company, industry, and business email in the form above. You also confirm that you are authorized to scan the website.
  2. Step 2: We scan your site: the tool runs a read-only check of your home page in about 30 seconds. It reviews contrast, ARIA, headings, and semantic HTML.
  3. Step 3: the PDF arrives in your inbox: within 10 minutes, you receive a PDF report with a score out of 100. Every issue is ranked, so you can see what needs attention first.
  4. Step 4: You fix the top priorities: start with the high-impact items at the top of the list. Your developer can handle most fixes, or SRP can help put them in place.

Because automated testing only catches a portion of accessibility issues, this home page scan is only one part of the process. So run the audit again after you apply fixes, and contact us for full-site manual testing.
