Pulmonary Hypertension Awareness Campaign
Making a Rare Disease Easier to Recognize
Pulmonary hypertension can be difficult to identify. Many of its symptoms resemble those of more common conditions, often leading to confusion, misdiagnosis, and delays in receiving appropriate care.
SRP developed an unbranded disease awareness campaign designed to increase understanding of pulmonary hypertension and help audiences recognize symptoms that should not be overlooked.

The Challenge
When Familiar Symptoms Can Mean Something More
Shortness of breath, fatigue, dizziness, and other symptoms associated with pulmonary hypertension can easily be attributed to different conditions.
The challenge was to communicate a complex and relatively unknown disease in a way that was clear, engaging, and medically responsible, without creating unnecessary alarm.
The campaign focused on:
- Increasing awareness of pulmonary hypertension
- Highlighting symptoms that are frequently misunderstood
- Making complex medical information easier to understand
- Encouraging more informed conversations about diagnosis and care
The Solution
Turning Medical Complexity Into Human Communication
SRP transformed complex health information into a visually distinctive and accessible awareness campaign.
Through strategic messaging, creative concept development, graphic design, and patient-focused communication, we created a clear narrative around a powerful idea: sometimes symptoms that seem familiar deserve a closer look.

Impact
Awareness Can Be the First Step Toward Diagnosis
For rare and underrecognized diseases, better communication can help shorten the distance between experiencing symptoms and seeking the right medical evaluation.
This project reflects SRP’s expertise in healthcare communication, combining strategy, creativity, and medical complexity to create communication that informs, engages, and makes difficult subjects easier to understand.
