La Xôlu® is the first payment ecosystem that integrates healthcare and finance, serving over one million users across northern Argentina. Part of xOS-Salud® by Tekhne, it provides a seamless way to manage health payments, benefits, and everyday transactions.

SRP developed the brand from the ground up: naming, visual identity, animated brand assets, website, promotional and instructional videos, advertising campaigns, and full App UI/UX design.

 

The Challenge


La Xôlu came to us with a bold mission:
Create a digital payment ecosystem that simplifies healthcare management for diverse audiences (members, medical providers, pharmacies, insurers) while standing out in a traditionally conservative sector.

The Solution

We partnered with La Xôlu from its earliest stage, building a cohesive brand and digital ecosystem capable of simplifying healthcare transactions while positioning the product as an innovation leader.

Our approach was grounded in clarity, scalability, and human-centered design, ensuring that every user (from affiliates to healthcare providers) experienced a seamless, intuitive, and trustworthy interaction with the platform.

Branding & Naming

We developed the name La Xôlu® and built a complete visual identity system that communicates innovation, reliability, and accessibility. The naming process focused on creating a distinctive and memorable brand asset capable of standing out within both the healthcare and fintech industries. The visual identity expanded into a robust design language, including color systems, iconography, brand animation, and usage guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all digital and physical touchpoints.

App UX/UI Design

We created a user-centered App experience that simplifies complex healthcare and payment processes. Our UX/UI approach focused on reducing friction for users who manage copayments, send money, access benefits, or interact with their health insurer through the App. Every screen, flow, and micro-interaction was designed to communicate clarity and confidence, making the App accessible for a wide range of age groups and digital literacy levels. The result is a highly intuitive interface that enhances usability and strengthens trust in the service.

Website Design & Development

We designed and developed the official website as a strategic communication channel, offering clear product explanation, feature breakdowns, and onboarding guidance. The website architecture prioritizes discoverability and ease of navigation, allowing users, providers, pharmacies, and partner institutions to quickly understand the value of La Xôlu. Through visual storytelling, animations, and a cohesive brand environment, the site reinforces the platform’s positioning as an innovative and reliable ecosystem at the intersection of fintech and healthcare.

Communication & Marketing Ecosystem

We built a comprehensive communication framework that supports both B2B and B2C audiences through tailored materials for each partner insurer and Obra Social. This included street advertising, promotional videos, social media content, explainer animations, and instructional materials for user onboarding. Our marketing strategy ensures that every stakeholder (affiliates, doctors, labs, pharmacies, and health providers) can connect the brand message with their audience effectively and consistently. This scalable system enables accelerated adoption and supports the long-term vision of becoming a regional benchmark in digital health solutions.

The brand was deployed quickly and consistently across all communication channels, while user experience improved significantly for affiliates, providers, and health institutions. The platform achieved high engagement and adoption from both B2C users and B2B partners, and it established a solid foundation to support its regional scaling ambitions and its long-term goal of reaching unicorn status.

The platform has served over one million users (a number that continues to grow rapidly) and has built strong brand positioning at the intersection of health and fintech. It also unified communication across doctors, labs, providers, pharmacies, and insurers, creating a cohesive ecosystem that enables trust, usability, and long-term scalability.

Brand Book

To consolidate the entire brand ecosystem, we created a comprehensive Brand Book that defines La Xôlu’s positioning, visual identity, tone of voice, and communication guidelines, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint as the platform continues to scale within the healthcare and fintech landscape.
