Art Foundation for People with Disabilities

Art Foundation for People with Disabilities (ARTxpwd) is a nonprofit organization founded in 2008 by Dr. Cesar Blumtritt. Dedicated to inclusion through the transformative power of the arts, the foundation empowers children and adults with disabilities by providing creative spaces for painting, theater, and music. With the support of artists, educators, and volunteers, ARTxpwd not only promotes artistic expression but also advocates for a more inclusive and compassionate society.

As part of its growth, the foundation partnered with SRP Communication & Brand Design to strengthen its identity and create a professional communication platform that reflects its mission and values.
We love working with those who make a difference.
The Challenge
The Art Foundation had been working passionately for years, building programs and a strong community around inclusive education through art. However, as the organization grew, so did the need for a more cohesive and professional identity.
The challenge was to consolidate the foundation’s voice and visual presence into a brand that could convey both its credibility and its warmth, an identity that could resonate equally with beneficiaries, volunteers, donors, and institutional partners.
The Solution
At SRP Communication & Brand Design, we worked hand-in-hand with the foundation to redefine its brand and communication ecosystem.
We started by designing a new visual identity: logo, color palette, and a graphic system inspired by the three artistic areas at the core of their work, painting, theater, and music, each represented with unique colors and patterns. This identity became the foundation of all communication materials.

The Result
The rebranding gave the Art Foundation a strong and professional identity that matches the importance of its mission. The new communication ecosystem allows the organization to connect more effectively with its diverse audiences, from families and volunteers to donors and institutions.
The foundation now has a clear and consistent presence across all touchpoints, enabling it to showcase its impact with greater credibility and reach.
By aligning its identity with its vision, the Art Foundation has strengthened its role as a pioneer in inclusive education through the arts, opening new opportunities for growth, partnerships, and advocacy.
